Job Summary
A technology company that specializes in cybersecurity is in need of a Remote Customer Applications Sales Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing the Salesforce vision, strategy and roadmap
- Driving the execution and delivery of projects, features and bug fixes within our Scrum Agile process
- Developing and communicating KPIs and business impact of the platforms to Business and IT leadership
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
- Experience in system architecture, development, and integration
- Ability to organize and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders while ensuring a sustainable pace of work
- Experience recruiting and managing a hybrid team of onshore and offshore employees
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable goals and align initaitives
