Job Summary
Providing exceptional phone service and support, the remote Customer Care Advisor will manage inbound and outbound communications with members and providers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with members and providers across multiple channels
- Review member products, answer questions, and resolve billing or service complaints
- Document all member interactions in CRM software and maintain a working knowledge of company products and services
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
