A health and beauty products company has an open position for a Remote Customer Care Agent in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling support requests with urgency and efficiency
- Answering all troubleshooting, preorder questions, cancellations, billing inquiries, etc.
- Scheduling and carrying out 1:1 video and phone consultations for customers
