Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Customer Care Agent in Huntsville.
Must be able to:
- Answer virtual, inbound consumer calls
- Engage with the consumer and help resolve any questions they may have
- Troubleshoot and gather information to ensure the consumer ends the phone call satisfied
