Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Customer Care Agent in Huntsville.

Must be able to:

• Answer virtual, inbound consumer calls
• Engage with the consumer and help resolve any questions they may have
• Troubleshoot and gather information to ensure the consumer ends the phone call satisfied
