Job Summary
An education technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Care and Support Tier 3 Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Writing and running SQL database queries and Looker Analytical reports
- Working on the Tier 3 TIII Jira board
- Following up with the Support team to ensure customers are notified of solutions, updates, or workarounds
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience organizing and tracking progress of projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in a technical role
- Experience writing scripts, for example, Python, NodeJS, or Java
- Experience in SQL (Structured Query Language) and database tools
- Experience working on Linux and know its shell commands
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets formulas
