Job Summary

An education technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Care and Support Tier 3 Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Writing and running SQL database queries and Looker Analytical reports
  • Working on the Tier 3 TIII Jira board
  • Following up with the Support team to ensure customers are notified of solutions, updates, or workarounds

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience organizing and tracking progress of projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in a technical role
  • Experience writing scripts, for example, Python, NodeJS, or Java
  • Experience in SQL (Structured Query Language) and database tools
  • Experience working on Linux and know its shell commands
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets formulas
