Key Responsibilities
  • Address non-technical customer inquiries and service contract issues while adhering to established guidelines
  • Review and improve non-technical customer service processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure comprehensive documentation of all interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer service
  • Experience in a call center or similar customer service role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-based programs
