Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Summary

A food and cosmetic testing company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Care Associate.

Must be able to:

• Create a welcoming and courteous atmosphere for respondents
• Answer incoming queries from respondents
• Recruit and schedule qualified participants

Qualifications Include:

• Attendance at periodic in-office training and companywide meetings is required
• High School diploma or GED equivalent certificate required
• Three years customer service and/or telemarketing experience required
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Ability to navigate the Internet and Microsoft Office
• Reliable high speed Internet access at home office is required at own expense
