Job Summary

A health membership company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Care Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering high-quality remote support via chat, phone, and email, serving as a first responder
  • Facilitating care and streamlining handoffs with other parties in the healthcare system
  • Triaging high responsibility issues and escalate medical concerns when necessary

Required Skills:

  • Weekend and weekly night shifts, along with shifts during business hours, are required
  • Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and new training modules as we expand our offerings and services
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as an eye for customer service
