A cannabis product retail company is in need of a Remote Customer Care Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage customer escalations via email, chat, and phone
  • Help medical patients make appropriate product choices

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a customer service capacity
  • Proficiency in spelling, grammar, and computer navigation
  • Ability to provide customers with clear directions on product replacement and refunds
