Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Customer Care Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engaging with our customers through multiple mediums
- Crafting and implementing a strategy to manage the community platforms
- Continually stay in tune with our customers and community
Position Requirements Include:
- Some travel is required
- 5+ years’ experience in customer service or community manager
- 2+ years' experience e-commerce and marketing background
- 2+ years' experience managing social media accounts
- 2+ years' experience with customer services tools such as ticketing and telephony systems
- 2+ years' experience with technology aptitude and ability to answer basic questions from users on cell phone issues
