Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Customer Care Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Engaging with our customers through multiple mediums
  • Crafting and implementing a strategy to manage the community platforms
  • Continually stay in tune with our customers and community

Position Requirements Include:

  • Some travel is required
  • 5+ years’ experience in customer service or community manager
  • 2+ years' experience e-commerce and marketing background
  • 2+ years' experience managing social media accounts
  • 2+ years' experience with customer services tools such as ticketing and telephony systems
  • 2+ years' experience with technology aptitude and ability to answer basic questions from users on cell phone issues
