Job Summary
A multi-state community-focused bank is in need of a Remote Customer Care Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide operational, functional and bank knowledge/expertise to staff. Reporting on staff activities
- Recommend organizational changes to policy and/or processes that promotes enhanced customer experiences
- Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies

- 7 Years of relevant experience
- 3 years supervisory/management experience
