Job Summary

A multi-state community-focused bank is in need of a Remote Customer Care Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Provide operational, functional and bank knowledge/expertise to staff. Reporting on staff activities
  • Recommend organizational changes to policy and/or processes that promotes enhanced customer experiences
  • Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 Years of relevant experience
  • 3 years supervisory/management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in microsoft office
