A telecommunications company is seeking a Remote Customer Care Recruiting Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading, developing and inspiring high performance from a team
  • Defining and improving recruiting capacity model
  • Setting and driving strategy, goals, process, and metrics

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-3 years proven ability to build, develop and manage a full-cycle recruiting team
  • 7-10+ years of corporate recruitment experience
  • 7-10+ Years working in a corporate recruiting environment
  • 1-3+ years managing a recruitment function in a complex corporate setting
  • At least 3 years in a competitive technology recruiting space
  • Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
