A window manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Care Rep I in Stayton.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering inbound calls from homeowners and building professionals about warranty claims
• Creating, verifying, reviewing, and processing warranty claims submitted via website, phone, and email
• Responding to customer inquiries via email about warranty claims
