A company is looking for a Customer Care, Benefits Enrollment Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist federal employees and retirees with plan enrollment and account creation
• Address general plan questions and provide site navigation support
• Manage high call volumes during the open enrollment season

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have a personal computer and a wired internet connection
• Experience with Windows 11 operating system
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Ability to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space
• Must be available during open enrollment season from November 10 to December 8
