Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to Dental and Vision inbound callers, the full-time Remote Customer Care Representative will assist with eligibility, benefit coverage, claims, and provider location inquiries while working flexible hours within a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and claims
- Document call information accurately and provide feedback on high-level claim issues to the Provider Relations team
- Support enrollment activities and act as a liaison between clients and Member Services staff to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong data entry and multi-tasking skills
- Understanding of dental, vision, and/or medical insurance terminology preferred
