Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to clients, the full-time Remote Customer Care Representative will assist Dental and Vision inbound callers with eligibility, benefit coverage, claims, and provider location inquiries while working a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Assist callers with information regarding eligibility, benefit coverage, authorizations, and claims
- Utilize knowledge of claim adjustments to resolve provider requests and provide feedback on high-level claim issues
- Support enrollment activities and act as a liaison between the organization and clients' Member Services staff
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Understanding of dental, vision, and/or medical insurance terminology is preferred
