Job Summary

An online retailer is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Adopting the company voice and tone in order to convey our brand and personality
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to existing and new customers
  • Learning to navigate multiple internal software systems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be available Saturdays, Sundays, and some morning weekday hours
  • Tech-savvy and customer focused
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Familiarity with pregnant, nursing, and postpartum moms and the challenges they face
  • A strong and reliable internet connection
  • Proficient in Google Docs / Sheets / Forms / Calendar / Hangouts
