Job Summary
An online retailer is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Adopting the company voice and tone in order to convey our brand and personality
- Delivering exceptional customer service to existing and new customers
- Learning to navigate multiple internal software systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be available Saturdays, Sundays, and some morning weekday hours
- Tech-savvy and customer focused
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Familiarity with pregnant, nursing, and postpartum moms and the challenges they face
- A strong and reliable internet connection
- Proficient in Google Docs / Sheets / Forms / Calendar / Hangouts
