Job Summary

A provider of contact center solutions has an open position for a Remote Customer Care Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Fielding inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests and inbound email requests
  • Focusing on technical support using the web and computer

Qualifications Include:

  • Must speak fluent English
  • Be able to type 35 words per minute or greater
  • High speed DSL or cable connection
  • Personal computer running Windows and a webcam, for training and collaboration purposes
