A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative I in Indianapolis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to customer questions via telephone & written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, etc
- Analyzing problems and providing information/solutions
- Operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Requires a HS diploma or GED equivalent
- Up to 1 year of previous experience in an automated customer service environment
- OR any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
