A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative I in Indianapolis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to customer questions via telephone & written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, etc
  • Analyzing problems and providing information/solutions
  • Operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract information

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Requires a HS diploma or GED equivalent
  • Up to 1 year of previous experience in an automated customer service environment
  • OR any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
  • Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
