Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting firm is filling a position for a Remote Customer Care Representative in Broomfield.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering inbound calls to provide customer service
- Accommodating some chat and email communication
- Answering calls in regard to tracking packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2+ years of recent Customer Service experience
- Previous customer service experience helping answer customer questions and resolving issues
- High School Diploma or GED
- Internet speed of 30 Mbps or more
- Ability to type 30 WPM or more
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
