Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting firm is filling a position for a Remote Customer Care Representative in Broomfield.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering inbound calls to provide customer service
  • Accommodating some chat and email communication
  • Answering calls in regard to tracking packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-2+ years of recent Customer Service experience
  • Previous customer service experience helping answer customer questions and resolving issues
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Internet speed of 30 Mbps or more
  • Ability to type 30 WPM or more
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
