A staffing company has an open position for a Remote Customer Care Representative in Carlisle.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails
- Providing product, service, order-status and account information to customers
- Researching, identifying and resolving customer complaints
Position Requirements Include:
- One year of experience working with customers in a phone-based role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, general computer skills and basic typing skills
- Proven customer specialist experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to support others and contribute to an overall positive culture
