A technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Care Representative in Rio Rancho.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving client application discrepancies
- Meeting daily tasks through various forms and mediums of communication
- Navigating through system to expedite and meet SLA timelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of client/customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - (primarily Excel skills)
- Good proficiency in English language
- Strong data entry skills
