Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Care Representative in the Pulaski Area.
Must be able to:
- Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities
- Verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation
- Provide top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to train for 4 weeks onsite
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater
