A sporting goods company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Care Senior Team Member in Katy.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner at all times
  • Coaching team members and handling escalated customer issues
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year experience in a customer service related role required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
