Job Summary
A sporting goods company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Care Senior Team Member in Katy.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner at all times
- Coaching team members and handling escalated customer issues
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year experience in a customer service related role required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Proficiency with relevant computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite)
