Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Remote Customer Care Service Navigator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide a single point of contact for the customer
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
- Communicate with assigned clinical and/or non-clinical staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED or higher
- 1+ years of experience in an Advocate Role supporting one or more of the following products: MA West, MA East, Employer Group, PDP, Outbound, or Medicaid
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation
