Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding equipment and services
- Resolve customer issues on the first call and suggest products and services as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing needs and exceeding expectations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months experience in customer service or sales
- Access to a high-speed internet connection at home
- Preferred experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, or connectivity issues
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is beneficial
