Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding equipment and services
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call and suggest products and services as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing needs and exceeding expectations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 6 months experience in customer service or sales
  • Access to a high-speed internet connection at home
  • Preferred experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, or connectivity issues
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is beneficial
