Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist - Work From Home (US).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries about product features and troubleshoot issues
- Diagnose and resolve issues using customer input and app data
- Work with Team Lead to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and service levels
Required Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer support role
