Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Care Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead client meetings which discuss resolving billing, collections and payment issues
  • Advise business leaders of trends in customer financial operations issues
  • Lead key internal stakeholders through an issue resolution discussions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimal travel required
  • Ability to navigate and drive change in a complex organization
  • 5 years of customer facing billing, collections or cash applications experience
  • Bachelor degree; In lieu of degree, 6-8 years of relevant forensic accounting and customer facing experience accepted
