Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Care Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings which discuss resolving billing, collections and payment issues
- Advise business leaders of trends in customer financial operations issues
- Lead key internal stakeholders through an issue resolution discussions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimal travel required
- Ability to navigate and drive change in a complex organization
- 5 years of customer facing billing, collections or cash applications experience
- Bachelor degree; In lieu of degree, 6-8 years of relevant forensic accounting and customer facing experience accepted
