Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Customer Care Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Obtaining and analyzing claims data to determine specific problem areas
- Submitting claims for adjudication, correction, payment, or review as appropriate
- Dealing tactfully with people in a wide variety of situations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to work remotely after 90 days on-site
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience in customer service
