A fashion retail company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Care Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Processing orders from customers via telephone calls or live chat
  • Providing customers with critical product information
  • Troubleshooting and resolving all customer service inquiries or issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills
  • Conflict management skills and maintain a professional composure
  • Understanding of computer systems AND
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal assistance
  • Ability to work a set schedule with overtime and flexibility as needed
