A wildlife removal company is in need of a Remote Animal Management Customer Care Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Processing cancellations and payments
- Entering data into CRM
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma required
- One year experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices
- Data entry and verbal skills; type 45 wpm or more
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
