Job Summary

A wildlife removal company is in need of a Remote Animal Management Customer Care Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing excellent customer service in a professional manner
  • Processing cancellations and payments
  • Entering data into CRM

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma required
  • One year experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices
  • Data entry and verbal skills; type 45 wpm or more
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
