Job Summary
A safety and compliance consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Customer Care Specialist in Appleton.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing front-line telephone and email customer support for all assigned application products/services
- Resolving routine support issues independently and referring more complex, non-routine issues to technical support team
- Meeting department metrics for percentage of calls resolved/escalated
Qualifications for this position include:
- Train on-site Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:30p in Appleton, WI for approx. 2-3 months
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Phone experience is a must
- Proficient with software applications including use of Smartphone applications
- All other requirements necessary for this position
