Job Summary

A provider of technical support has an open position for a Home Based Customer Care Specialist in Tempe.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers in a professional manner via email regarding billing, account management, and technical support issues
  • Gathering detailed information and follow any troubleshooting or escalation procedures as required per issue
  • Providing clear and concise product and service information to customers

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of customer service background
  • Must be able to type 30+ wpm
  • Must have basic computer skills most troubleshooting involves Windows machines, but we also support Apple products
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
