A home decor and goods company is in need of a Remote Customer Care Supervisor in Kansas City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting a positive tone for the department during daily meetings covering updates and initiatives
  • Assisting in managing the workflow of the team and different groups within the department
  • On boarding and training of new hires

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool
