Job Summary
A digital transformation company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Care Tech Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot a variety of devices including phones, tablets and gaming consoles
- Set up and configure new computer networks, printers, routers, scanners and PCs
- Organize security software settings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Be well versed/trained/knowledgeable of current technology
- Possess superior communication, interpersonal and active listening skills
- Have PC keyboarding skills, including practical MS Office experience
- Able to multi-task, showcased through the use of several applications
- High school diploma or GED
