Job Summary

A digital transformation company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Care Tech Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot a variety of devices including phones, tablets and gaming consoles
  • Set up and configure new computer networks, printers, routers, scanners and PCs
  • Organize security software settings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Be well versed/trained/knowledgeable of current technology
  • Possess superior communication, interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Have PC keyboarding skills, including practical MS Office experience
  • Able to multi-task, showcased through the use of several applications
  • High school diploma or GED
