Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Care Vendor Operations Associate in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a team of Customer Care representatives
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the overall Customer Care team
- Driving team towards team SLAs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience in an individual contributor Customer Care role
- Team player with good communication, organization and management skills
- Proven ability to provide superior customer service
- Extremely detail oriented, able to provide clear and accurate status updates
