Job Summary

A cloud computing company has an open position for a Remote Customer Centric Engineering Senior Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Using skills to solve critical customer technical escalations
  • Identifying root causes, propose test cases and fixes
  • Providing timely information to customer facing teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrable curiosity, passion, integrity and outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience in cloud development using Heroku, AWS
  • Experience with core web technologies: HTTP, JSON, REST, GraphQL
  • Experience with relational databases (Postgresql, MySQL)
  • Experience in a scripting language (Python, Javascript) and Linux tools (shell, sed, awk)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
