Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Centric Medical Customer Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

Create problem solving solutions as an individual and team
Partner with our customers to find effective solutions working through email, chat and phone support
Become a product expert to answer a variety of customer questions

Position Requirements Include:

1+ years experience working in a customer support or similar CS role
Experience using customer support software and help desk software and remote support tools
Comfortable with smartphone apps and web-based applications
Access to a computer and reliable internet
Full-time, flexible to work evenings and weekends
