A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Centric Medical Customer Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Create problem solving solutions as an individual and team
- Partner with our customers to find effective solutions working through email, chat and phone support
- Become a product expert to answer a variety of customer questions
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years experience working in a customer support or similar CS role
- Experience using customer support software and help desk software and remote support tools
- Comfortable with smartphone apps and web-based applications
- Access to a computer and reliable internet
- Full-time, flexible to work evenings and weekends
