A company that allows end users to integrate the web applications they use has an open position for a Remote Customer Champion Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support a small team of 2-4 direct reports
- Help your team meet and exceed our Support goals
- Build rapport with members of the Support team
