Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support a small team of 2-4 direct reports
  • Help your team meet and exceed our Support goals
  • Build rapport with members of the Support team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least a year of experience leading a team
