Job Summary
Working remotely as a part-time Customer Communication Specialist, the representative will manage inbound and outbound calls from insurance partners and clients, assisting with claims processing while demonstrating empathy and a commitment to customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with policyholders to facilitate claims services
- Communicate the value of services and set expectations for the claims process
- Document claims accurately and collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience required
- Reliable high-speed home broadband internet service required
- Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime during peak periods required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other technology applications
