A beauty and personal grooming company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Concierge Receptionist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing assistance to clients regarding appointment scheduling
• Working collaboratively with Hair Color Bar & Color Crew teams regarding a variety of initiatives
• Utilizing knowledge as a brand ambassador to answer questions

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of reception, booking or reservation experience
• Spanish speaking
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, problem solving & troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity metrics standards
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
