A beauty and personal grooming company has an open position for a Remote Customer Concierge Receptionist in Fort Worth.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Fielding incoming calls
• Scheduling appointments for clients
• Providing resolution/alternatives for clients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 1+ years of reception, booking or reservation experience, retail sales
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity metrics standards
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred
