Hair care plaform is filling a position for a Remote Customer Concierge Receptionist in Fort Worth.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls, providing assistance to clients
• Work collaboratively with Hair Color Bar & Color Crew teams
• Demonstrate an ability to problem solve, multi-task and maintain professionalism with every interaction

Qualifications Include:

• 1+ years of reception, booking or reservation experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, problem solving & troubleshooting skills
• Technology experience; Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity metrics standards
