Job Summary
A pharmacy benefits manager is in need of a Remote Customer Contact Center Representative in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving incoming calls from members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices about requests for information on medication
- Investigating and resolving member inquiries or escalate to appropriate team member
- Navigating modern technologies such as extracting and researching data from various software platforms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
- All other requirements necessary for this position
