Job Summary

A software and technology development company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Content Service Principal Software Development Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, developing, supporting, and debugging software in the documentation publication toolchain
  • Providing mentorship to engineers and providing and receiving thoughtful and constructive feedback
  • Working with the team to define and prioritize work and improve processes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7+ years of experience with complex, distributed systems that require extensive familiarity with scalability and reliability
  • 5+ years of cloud development experience, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc
  • 5+ years of agile software development experience and strong knowledge of agile practices and methodologies
  • Experience working with globally-distributed teams
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Communicate clearly and work effectively with all levels of associates
