Job Summary
An ecommerce technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Content Strategist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating platform-specific content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) as part of the content calendar
- Writing and producing copy for all audiences and personas for video assets
- Working with the Technical Writer to improve Knowledge Base adoption via new content
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 3 years experience working in SaaS developing & producing content
- Experience in video content, strategy, and marketing
- Ability to deliver relevant copy or scripting to video content
- Deep knowledge of video content on social platforms (i.e., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
