A licensed customs brokerage and freight forwarder is in need of a Remote Customer Contracts Commercial Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Negotiate contracts with customers
  • Support and coach sales teams on deal structure and contract negotiations
  • Advise teams on risk, negotiating points and agreement structures

Required Skills:

  • JD and bar admission to practice
  • 3 + years of professional experience
  • In-house experience negotiating contracts
