Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Delivery Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage and drive compliance to all Operations processes
- Perform regular audits to ensure data quality across Services functions
- Perform regular data analysis to monitor and drive increased productivity
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience managing Professional Services business operations and driving operational improvements
- Deep knowledge of Professional Services Automation (PSA) software
- A strong understanding of software implementation methodologies
- Strong aptitude for data analytics, forecasting and adoption of project delivery tools
- Proven success in running programs and processes that enable Professional Services organizations
- Demonstrated experience engaging and motivating a diverse team
