Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Delivery Operations Director.

Must be able to:

  • Manage and drive compliance to all Operations processes
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data quality across Services functions
  • Perform regular data analysis to monitor and drive increased productivity

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Professional Services business operations and driving operational improvements
  • Deep knowledge of Professional Services Automation (PSA) software
  • A strong understanding of software implementation methodologies
  • Strong aptitude for data analytics, forecasting and adoption of project delivery tools
  • Proven success in running programs and processes that enable Professional Services organizations
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and motivating a diverse team
