Job Summary

A hospitality company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Digital Experience Design Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Addressing needs related to process, tools, documentation, asset management and more
  • Providing partners with visibility and updates of current projects, resources, and team performance
  • Helping XD leaders forecast and manage capacity

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, OR
  • High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Fourteen (14) + years of experience in Design, Operations, or related field
  • Twelve (12) + years of experience as a Design or Operations Leader
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Experience in an agile/scrum environment
