Job Summary
A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Digital Experience Product Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining, implementing, and maintaining technical support product solutions and roadmap
- Collaborating with a broad range of partners including user experience, IT and engineering teams
- Defining user stories for each iteration and release following an agile process of development
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years in product focused strategic initiatives and activities
- Minimum of 3 years of product management related to the delivery of Software and/or SaaS solutions
- Experience in or working with a technical support organization
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
